If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it:

We will do our best to investigate and resolve the issue. Please note that Leggly is not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.
10. Delayed Shipments
If your order is significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact us at support@leggly.com. We will investigate with the carrier and keep you updated.
During peak periods (holidays, sales events), please allow a few extra days for delivery.
11. Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal of customs, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.
