1. Overview

We want you to love your Leggly order. If something isn't right, we're here to make it easy. Please read our Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.


2. Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery provided the item meets the following conditions:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In original condition with all tags attached
  • Free from odors, stains, or signs of use
  • In original packaging where possible

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted for return and will be sent back to you.


3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Items marked as non-returnable on the product page
  • Gift cards
  • Items returned after the 30-day window
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged by the customer

4. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at returns@leggly.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions
  3. Pack the item securely and ship it back using a trackable shipping method
  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund or exchange

Please do not send items back without contacting us first — unrequested returns may not be processed.


5. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer's responsibility: Return shipping costs are paid by the customer unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • Defective or wrong items: If you received a faulty or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping cost and send you a replacement or full refund at no extra charge.

6. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method
  • Processing time: 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

If your refund is denied, we will explain the reason and return the item to you.


7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days:

  1. Check your bank account again
  2. Contact your credit card company — it may take time to post
  3. Contact your bank — processing times vary
  4. If you've done all of the above and still have not received your refund, contact us at support@leggly.com

8. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for a different size or color of the same item, subject to availability. To request an exchange, contact us at returns@leggly.com with your order number and the details of what you'd like instead.

If the item you want is no longer available, we will issue a full refund.


9. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@leggly.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the damage or defect

We will offer a full refund, replacement, or store credit — whichever you prefer.


10. Wrong Item Received

If you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@leggly.com. We will arrange return shipping at our cost and send you the correct item as quickly as possible.


11. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Contact us immediately at support@leggly.com if you wish to cancel. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled — you will need to follow the return process instead.
